What to Expect: Wear or bring comfortable clothing to submerge in water, sandals, water bottle, and a towel -Rinse off before entering plunge -Bring your own or rent a towel for $3 -No open wounds/recent surgeries/tattoos -We recommend at least 30 sec in the ice bath to receive benefits
Cancellation Policy
After booking a session with us, we do not offer refunds. You may reschedule up to 1 hour prior to the start of your session or request a session credit.
