What to Expect:
Be immersed in rejuvenating frequencies produced by sound bowls, creating a harmonious atmosphere that promotes deep relaxation. These soothing sounds will help you release stress and achieve a meditative state. Optional 1hr Recovery Session from 6pm-7pm prior to the workshop.
What to Bring/Preparation:
- Yoga mat, pillow, blanket (anything you need to get comfortable)
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Please avoid alcohol or caffeine 2 hours prior
