Sound Bath Journey

What to Expect:

Daily life is full of stress and can be hard to find the time to decompress and unwind. This sound bath will be focused on resetting our nervous system. Sound baths provide an immersive experience using tones and vibrations to lower the brainwaves, bringing one into altered states and towards deep relaxation and embodiment.

I will be incorporating sound healing techniques into the sound journey experience using Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls.

What to Bring/Preparation:

• Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask (anything you need to get comfortable)

• Wear comfortable clothing
